Mindfulness and nerve stimulation for back pain and depression

  • You are between 50 and 85 years old
  • You have had moderate low back pain (at least 3 out of 10) almost every day for the past 3 months
  • You are feeling down or have low mood (score of 5–19 on a depression questionnaire)
  • You are able to speak and read English
  • You have access to the internet
  • You have not participated in a meditation program before
