Who can take part

  • You are between 20 and 80 years old.
  • You have a body mass index between 18.5 and 30.
  • You are in good general health.
  • If you are between 20 and 60, you exercise at least twice a week or follow a flexitarian diet.
  • If you are between 20 and 60, you have no chronic illnesses and are not on long-term medication.
  • You have not taken antibiotics in the last 3 months or probiotics/synbiotics in the last 15 days.
