Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You can read and write in Turkish
- You are scheduled for a transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT) surgery
- You have a family member, friend, or relative who can join video calls and has a smartphone or tablet
- You will wait at least 20 minutes in the operating room before surgery
- You have no hearing, speech, or language problems that make communication hard
- You do not have a psychological disorder that could affect fear or anxiety
- You are not taking medications that could change your fear or anxiety levels
- Your surgery is scheduled between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM
- You are willing to take part in the study
