Who can take part

  • You are between 25 and 65 years old.
  • You have pain on the bottom of your heel when pressing on the inner side.
  • Your ankle movement is limited (less than 16 degrees when bending your foot upward).
  • Your symptoms are only in one foot (not both).
  • You do not have diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, a broken ankle or foot, nerve problems, or an open wound on your foot.
