Who can take part

  • You are between 12 and 19 years old (adolescent).
  • You have flat feet (pronated foot) when standing.
  • You have had heel pain for at least 6 weeks but no more than 6 months.
  • The bottom of your heel is sore when pressed.
  • You have not had a steroid shot in your heel in the last 3 months.
  • You do not play sports regularly and your BMI is 25 or less.
