This trial tests whether epidural electrical stimulation can help people with spinal cord injury between T11 and L3 improve their walking ability. It is for those injured between 2 and 24 months ago who currently have limited walking function.

Who can take part
- You have a spinal cord injury between the T11 and L3 vertebrae (lower mid-back to upper lower back).
- Your injury is classified as ASIA B, C, or D (some movement or sensation below the injury level).
- You were injured at least 2 months ago and no more than 24 months ago.
- You are unable to walk more than a few steps (WISCI II score less than 13).
- You are expected to live at least 12 months more.
- You are willing to sign a consent form and follow the study's rehabilitation and testing schedule.
