- You must be enrolled in the World Trade Center Health Program.
- You have had cancer and completed your main treatment (chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery). Hormone therapy alone is okay.
- You are able to be active, at least walking slowly.

- Your cancer is not advanced or spread to other parts of the body.
