- You are a woman aged 18 or older
- You have been diagnosed with anal, cervical, uterine, vaginal, vulvar, or bladder cancer
- You finished pelvic radiation therapy within the last year
- Your doctor recommended dilator therapy and you received a standard dilator
- You can speak and read English
- You are not currently seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist
- You do not have a serious psychiatric condition like schizophrenia
- You can give your own consent to participate
