- You are 18 years or older.
- You have been charged with a nonviolent felony or misdemeanor and have a substance abuse problem.
- You have not been previously convicted of a violent crime involving serious harm or death.
- You are not currently charged with a sexual offense, a crime involving a child, or a crime involving a firearm or other weapon.
