Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have been diagnosed with advanced kidney cancer that includes clear-cell or sarcomatoid features.
- You have had exactly one or two prior treatments for advanced cancer, and those treatments included both an immunotherapy (like a checkpoint inhibitor) and a targeted therapy (a TKI).
- You have at least one tumor that can be injected with RP2 (1 cm or larger in total) and one other measurable tumor (1 cm or larger).
- You are willing to provide a fresh or recent tumor biopsy (or have one available from the past 90 days).
- Your overall health and organ function are good enough to safely receive the study treatments (your doctor will check with blood tests and heart scans).
