Who can take part

  • Your BMI (weight relative to height) is between 18 and 30.
  • You don't have any known sleep disorders like sleep apnea or restless legs.
  • You don't have a current breathing problem like uncontrolled asthma or COPD.
  • You don't have kidney disease or diabetes.
  • You don't use supplemental oxygen or follow a low-carb or keto diet.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking certain medications.
  • You don't have claustrophobia or panic disorder.
  • You don't drink more than 1 alcoholic drink per day on average.
