Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 50 years old.
  • Your BMI is between 18 and 30 (a normal to slightly overweight range).
  • You do not have any known sleep disorder (like sleep apnea, insomnia, or restless legs) and your STOP-BANG score is not 5 or higher.
  • You do not have any lung or breathing problem (like uncontrolled asthma, COPD, or pneumonia) and you do not use supplemental oxygen.
  • You do not have chronic kidney disease, diabetes (type 1 or 2), and you are not taking certain medications (acetazolamide, SGLT2 inhibitors, or daily opioids).
  • You are not on a low-carb or ketogenic diet, not intermittent fasting, and not taking any ketone supplements.
