Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18 and 35
  • You have moderate to severe sleep apnea with a certain score on your sleep test
  • You use your CPAP machine at least 70% of nights for 4 or more hours
  • Your CPAP pressure setting is 10 cm of water or lower
  • You do not have other sleep disorders, breathing problems, or take certain medications
