Who can take part

  • You are between 7 and 21 years old
  • You have at least one baby tooth still present along with your adult teeth
  • You have no untreated cavities
  • Your gums are healthy as checked by a dentist
  • You are not currently using certain medications that affect tooth movement (like NSAIDs, steroids, or thyroid medication)
  • You are not pregnant, planning pregnancy, or using tobacco
