- You are 18 or older and a parent or caregiver of a child aged 8 to 14 years
- You live in Bertie, Halifax, Lenoir, Northampton, or Wayne County in North Carolina
- You are able to speak, read, and write in English or Spanish

- You can receive a box of fresh produce and attend nutrition classes
