  • You must be pregnant with one baby (singleton pregnancy).
  • You must have gestational diabetes between 28 weeks and 34 weeks 6 days of pregnancy.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You cannot have diabetes before pregnancy.
  • You cannot be a smoker.
