Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You have a chronic wound that is infected but only in the local area (not spreading throughout your body).
  • Your wound is an ulcer and its size is between 1 and 40 square centimeters.
  • Your wound is in a stable healing phase (not getting worse).
  • You do not have serious uncontrolled health problems like active heart attack, severe diabetes, or active bleeding.
