- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have been diagnosed with breast cancer for the first time.
- Your breast cancer is stage II, III, or IV.
- You feel moderately to severely anxious (scored 10 or higher on a standard anxiety questionnaire).
- You are about to start or have started treatment (chemotherapy or hormone therapy) within the last 30 days.
- You speak English and have a smartphone that you can use for the study app.
