Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- Your liver cancer (HCC) must be confirmed by a biopsy or pathology report.
- Your cancer must be able to be surgically removed, and you are considered at high risk for it coming back (for example, the main tumor is larger than 5 cm, or you have more than 3 tumors, or the cancer has spread into small or medium blood vessels).
- You must not have had any prior treatments for your liver cancer (like surgery, chemotherapy, or other local therapies).
- You must not have a history of organ transplant, uncontrolled fluid buildup in your belly or lungs, or serious bleeding from enlarged veins in your esophagus in the last 6 months.
