Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), the most common liver cancer.
  • Your tumor can be completely removed with surgery (R0 resection) and is at high risk of coming back.
  • You have not had any prior treatment for HCC (no surgery, chemoembolization, or other therapies).
  • Your liver function is good (Child-Pugh Class A) and you have no significant portal hypertension.
  • You are willing to provide a tumor biopsy and have adequate blood and organ function.
