- You are a woman aged 18 to 45.
- You have had type 1 diabetes for at least 12 months.
- If you are planning pregnancy, you are not pregnant now and plan to become pregnant within the next 52 weeks.
- If you are already pregnant, you have a single baby confirmed by ultrasound at 8 to 13 weeks.
- You can understand and speak Danish well enough to follow instructions.
