Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older and had a single or double lung transplant.
  • You can understand and sign a consent form, and are willing to follow study visits and give blood samples.
  • Your doctors have said you are stable enough for routine checkups and blood tests.
  • You can do breathing tests (pulmonary function tests) during follow-up visits.
  • You are not planning to join another research study that could affect your immune system or lungs.
  • If you had a re-transplant, you can still join—this will be treated as a new transplant event.
