Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 35 or older.
- You have a breast biopsy diagnosis of atypical ductal hyperplasia (ADH), ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS), or lobular carcinoma in situ (LCIS) — not invasive breast cancer.
- Your biopsy cells must be strongly estrogen receptor (ER) positive (Allred score 7 or higher) and HER2 negative.
- If your lesion is considered high grade, it must have a low Ki-67 index (20% or less).
- You have not had breast cancer before, no current invasive breast cancer, and no known BRCA1 or BRCA2 gene mutation.
