Who can take part

  • You are a woman aged 18 or older.
  • Your breast cancer is stage I (tumor 2 cm or smaller and no cancer in lymph nodes).
  • Your cancer is ER-positive (at least 50% of cells have estrogen receptors) and HER2-negative.
  • Your cancer has a low proliferation rate (Ki-67 20% or less).
  • You have at least one of these low-risk features: tumor 1 cm or smaller, a low Oncotype DX score, a specific digital pathology subtype, or age 65 or older.
  • You have not had any prior cancer treatment (chemotherapy, radiation, hormone therapy) for this breast cancer.
