Measure radiation in thyroid cancer using a special PET-CT scan

This trial tests how much radiation a specialized whole-body PET/CT scan delivers in patients with differentiated thyroid cancer. It may help doctors better plan treatment for cancer that persists, returns, or has spread—especially when radioactive iodine (RAI) may or may not work.

Study of blood flow in thyroid nodules before surgery

This trial uses a special imaging technique to look at the tiny blood vessels inside thyroid nodules before they are removed. It may help doctors understand which nodules are cancerous.

Better heart scar detection with MRI

This study tests a new way to use heart MRI to find scarring (fibrosis) in the heart muscle. It may help doctors detect heart damage more accurately.

Blood pressure and heart risk in mild thyroid condition

This study looks at whether measuring blood pressure in a new way (central BP) can help predict heart disease risk in people with mild underactive thyroid (subclinical hypothyroidism). It may help doctors better understand your heart health without extra tests.

New ultrasound probe for thyroid imaging

This trial tests a new ultrasound probe designed to take better images of thyroid nodules. It may help improve the monitoring of nodules over time.

Thyroid cancer scan with help of a special hormone

This study tests if a man-made hormone (rhTSH) can make radioactive iodine therapy more effective for people with advanced thyroid cancer that has come back or spread. It aims to see if it helps find and treat cancer that doesn't respond well to standard radioactive iodine.
