Learning and Memorization of Radial Artery Puncture and Catheterization Guided by Ultrasound Midline

Who can take part

  • You are a resident doctor in training at this hospital and have never placed an arterial line with ultrasound before.
  • You agree to join the training program and sign a consent form.
  • You can commit to completing the full training and data collection.
  • You have good hand-eye coordination and learning ability.
  • The patient you will practice on is at least 18, needs an arterial line, has a good pulse in the wrist, and does not take blood thinners or have other risk factors.
