This trial compares two surgical techniques for ACL reconstruction. The standard method repairs the ACL inside the knee joint, while the new method also adds extra support outside the joint. The study aims to see which approach gives better stability and recovery for people with specific risk factors, like being a young athlete or having a chronic ACL tear.
This study looks at whether doing physical therapy before surgery can improve tendon healing, bone density, and joint cushioning after ACL surgery or patellar dislocation surgery. It may help you recover better and faster by optimizing your knee before the operation.
