Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have advanced solid tumors such as non-small cell lung cancer or breast cancer.
  • Your cancer has gotten worse or you couldn't tolerate at least two prior treatments.
  • Your tumor tests positive for CEA, or your blood CEA level is above 10 ng/mL.
  • You have at least one measurable tumor or malignant pleural effusion (fluid around the lungs with cancer cells).
  • Your overall health is good (ECOG 0-2) and expected survival is at least 3 months.
