Who can take part

  • You are pregnant with one baby (not twins or more).
  • You are at least 37 weeks pregnant (full term).
  • Your baby is head-down (vertex position).
  • You are in active labor (cervix opened 4 centimeters or more).
  • You have a low-risk pregnancy (no high blood pressure, diabetes, or other major complications).
