Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have a single-rooted tooth (like a front tooth) that has irreversible pulpitis (a very painful, infected nerve) with or without a sore area at the root tip.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You are not currently taking pain relievers or anti-inflammatory drugs.
- You do not have a tooth with an incompletely formed root (immature apex) or root resorption (where the tooth root is being dissolved).
- You are not medically compromised (have a serious health condition) and are willing to participate.
