Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older with an advanced solid tumor that standard therapy can no longer help.
  • You need to be well enough to be up and about (ECOG 0 or 1) and have a life expectancy over 12 weeks.
  • Your blood counts and organ function must meet certain levels (e.g., adequate white blood cells, platelets, and liver/kidney function) without recent transfusions or growth factors.
  • You cannot have had certain previous treatments (like a FAK inhibitor) and must have a washout period from other cancer therapies.
  • You must be able to take oral medication and not have active brain metastases, uncontrolled infections, or serious health conditions like heart problems.
