Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old and have a body mass index (BMI) of 18.5 or higher.
- Your tumor must show high levels of the CCNE1 protein, confirmed by a central lab test.
- You must have advanced cancer that has either stopped responding to standard treatments, or for which no standard treatment is available. For ovarian, fallopian tube, or peritoneal cancer, it must have returned after platinum-based therapy.
- You need at least one measurable tumor by imaging (CT or MRI) that can be evaluated for response.
- You must be physically able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
- Your blood tests must show adequate bone marrow, liver, and kidney function.
- You cannot have had certain other cancer treatments (like chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or targeted pills) recently, and you cannot have taken certain drugs that affect the liver enzyme CYP3A.
