Who can take part
- Your child has been diagnosed with diplegic cerebral palsy (affects both legs more than arms).
- Your child can handle objects with some difficulty (manual ability level 1–3).
- Your child can walk with or without assistance (gross motor level 1–3).
- Your child can grasp light objects and lift the weaker arm about 6 inches above a table.
- Your child has a thinking and learning score of 20 or higher on a children's mental test.
- No uncontrolled seizures, no recent botulinum toxin (Botox) injections in the last 6 months, and no recent bone or muscle surgeries.
