- Aged 1 to 31 years
- Diagnosed with high-risk neuroblastoma
- Disease has returned, not responded, or persisted after at least 4 rounds of induction therapy
- Tumor shows MIBG uptake in at least one spot
- Have stored stem cells (at least 1.5 million CD34+ cells per kilogram) for a stem cell rescue after treatment
- Kidney, liver, heart, and blood counts are within acceptable levels
