- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have no history of lymphatic issues (like lymphoedema or lymph node surgery).
- You do not have heart failure.
- You do not have peripheral vascular disease (blood vessel problems in your arms or legs).

- You do not have lymphoma (a type of cancer).
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
