Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You were bitten by a snake within the last 24 hours.
  • You or someone who saw the bite has a clear picture of the snake (from a phone or camera).
  • You agree to sign a consent form. If you are unconscious, a family member can sign for you, and you will confirm later.
  • You can return for check-ups when you leave the hospital and 30 days after the bite.
