Sensory motor or resistance training for knee osteoarthritis

This study compares two types of exercise—sensory motor training and resistance training—to see which helps more with knee osteoarthritis. It is for people aged 40-60 with mild knee osteoarthritis who haven't exercised in the last 3 months.

Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 60 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis (grade I or II).
  • You have not done any regular exercise for at least 3 months.
  • You do not have heart or lung disease, uncontrolled diabetes or high blood pressure.
  • You do not use a cane, walker, or other walking aid.
