Who can take part
- Woman aged 18 to 35 years
- Currently undergoing IVF or other assisted reproduction at a fertility center in France
- Covered by French national health insurance
- Eligible if you have had 2 or more failed embryo transfers or 2 or more miscarriages (study group) or if you have not had these issues (control group)
- No antibiotics in the last month before the biopsy
- No uterine problems like polyps or fibroids that distort the cavity
