Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You can speak English and agree to stay in the hospital for the study, following special diets.
  • You are willing to have your samples (like blood or skin cells) stored and used for future research.
  • You do not have certain allergic, autoimmune, or chronic diseases, or a history of cancer in the last 5 years.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or currently smoking/vaping.
