Effect of Direct Printed Aligners on Crown Movement

This trial tests how well direct printed aligners can move the crowns of teeth in adults with mild spacing issues. If you have gaps between your front teeth and do not need extractions or braces for crowding, this study might be for you.

Who can take part

  • Age 18 to 45 years old.
  • Treatment does not require tooth extractions.
  • Class I or Class II bite with front teeth spacing (gaps) that is general or in a few spots.
  • Healthy gums with normal pocket depths (no active gum disease).
  • No active gum disease, severe crowding, or health conditions that affect bone or tooth movement.
