Who can take part
- Be between 15 and 30 years old with all permanent adult teeth (except wisdom teeth)
- Have mild crowding or spacing (gaps or overlap less than 5 mm) and slight tooth rotation (less than 30 degrees)
- Have healthy gums and teeth with no cavities, gum disease, or previous tooth injuries
- Have good daily tooth-brushing habits
- Not be pregnant, a smoker, or have medical conditions that affect bone healing
- Have never had braces or teeth extracted before
