- You are between 18 and 40 years old.
- You became pregnant naturally (without IVF or IUI).
- You have not used hormonal therapy (like birth control pills) in the 3 months before or during pregnancy.
- You have not taken blood thinners in the 3 months before or during pregnancy.
- You do not have a high risk of blood clots (e.g., no history of clots, BMI <= 30, and you don't smoke).
- You do not have certain health conditions (like severe high blood pressure, diabetes, lupus, or a blood clotting disorder).
