- You are a woman aged 18 or older.
- You have cervical cancer that has not been treated before, and it is a specific type confirmed by a biopsy.

- You are willing to come back for follow-up visits for up to 12 months after treatment.
- You are healthy enough to get chemotherapy with a drug called cisplatin, and your blood counts and kidney function are good.
