Study of THRV-1268 for long QT syndrome type 2

Long QT Syndrome (LQTS) 2

Who can take part

  • You are 15 years or older (the first 5 participants must be 18 or older).
  • You have a confirmed genetic mutation in the KCNH2 gene that causes long QT syndrome type 2.
  • Your QTc interval (a heart electrical measurement) is between 480 and 600 milliseconds on an ECG.
  • You weigh at least 45 kg (about 99 pounds) and have a body mass index between 18 and 40.
  • If you could become pregnant (or get someone pregnant), you agree to use highly effective birth control during the study.
  • You do not have any major heart problems, active liver disease, or recent serious heart events like cardiac arrest or ICD shock.
