- You are a healthy adult aged 19 to 55.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 19.0 and 27.0, and you weigh at least 45 kg.
- You have no significant medical conditions, especially heart, liver, kidney, or stomach problems.
- You do not regularly drink more than 210 grams of alcohol per week (about 21 standard drinks).
- You do not smoke 20 or more cigarettes daily.
- You are not taking any medications (prescription or over-the-counter) in the 10 days before the study starts.
