- Adults in good health
- Body weight: at least 50 kg for men, 45 kg for women; BMI between 18 and 30
- No significant medical conditions such as heart, liver, kidney, or immune system problems
- No use of prescription or over-the-counter drugs, herbs, or supplements within 14 days before the study
- No smoking (more than 5 cigarettes a day in the last 3 months) and no alcohol abuse
- No pregnancy or breastfeeding; agree to use effective birth control from 2 weeks before the study until 6 months after the dose
