Fatigue and brain fog in long COVID: a brain study
Part of Infections, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.
This trial uses brain scans to understand why people with long COVID feel very tired or have trouble thinking clearly. It could help find new treatments for these symptoms.

This study tests whether improving diet quality can reduce fatigue and symptoms in people with long-COVID (post-acute COVID-19 syndrome). It may help if your diet quality is currently low and your fatigue is moderate to severe.
This trial studies if brain scans can help understand 'brain fog' in Long COVID. It also looks at how a gentle magnetic stimulation might affect symptoms. If you have ongoing thinking problems after COVID, this study may help find new ways to help.
This study tests whether a gentle, non-invasive brain stimulation technique (transcranial direct current stimulation) can help relieve brain fog and fatigue in people with long COVID. If you qualify, you would receive several sessions of the stimulation over a few weeks.
This trial tests whether a non-invasive brain treatment called rTMS (repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation) can help with the severe fatigue and brain fog that often come with long COVID. You would need to be able to come to the hospital for multiple treatment sessions.
This trial tests a non-invasive brain stimulation method called Transcranial Pulse Stimulation (TPS) to see if it can help people with lingering post-COVID symptoms like fatigue and brain fog. If you've had COVID-19 and still have symptoms for at least 12 months, this study might be an option for you.
This study uses special imaging (PET/CT) to understand ongoing breathing problems or tiredness after COVID-19. It aims to learn how inflammation and changes in the body connect to symptoms that last more than 3 months.
