Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with a slipped disc (lumbar disc prolapse) confirmed by imaging.
  • You are between 30 and 60 years old.
  • You have had low back pain for at least three months.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is under 30.
  • You have not had spinal surgery or a recent spinal injury.
  • You do not have metal implants, a pacemaker, or are pregnant.
