Who can take part

  • You must have a type of bile duct cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • You must have a specific genetic change (IDH1 mutation), confirmed by a genetic test.
  • You must be well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
  • You must not have had Ivosidenib before, and you cannot have ampulla of Vater cancer.
  • You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and use effective birth control if needed.
