Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with a type of bile duct cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
- You have already been screened for the SAFIR-ABC10 trial and your cancer has gotten worse after your first chemotherapy (cisplatin/gemcitabine).
- You are generally well enough to do all your daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Any bile duct blockage has been treated, and you have no active infection.
- Your blood tests show good bone marrow, liver, and kidney function, and you have no uncontrolled high blood pressure or recent major bleeding problems.
